You can delete your Baela account and all of your personal data at any time, including data from signing in with Google or Facebook.
Option 1: In the app (instant)
- Log in at baela.ai/login.
- Go to Settings → Privacy.
- Click Delete my account and confirm.
Option 2: By email
Email privacy@baela.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Baela account." We'll confirm within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, resumes, saved answers, matches, application history, interview prep and connected sign-in methods. Active subscriptions are cancelled. Deletion completes within 30 days; backups are overwritten within 35 days. We keep only what the law requires (for example, payment records for taxes). Applications already sent to employers at your direction are held by those employers under their own policies.
Removing Baela from Facebook or Google
You can also remove Baela's access in your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites) or your Google Account (Security → Third-party connections). That stops sign-in. To delete your Baela data as well, use one of the options above.
